		<description>Excellent information!  Walking is wonderful and great for beginner exercisers.  Just make sure you stay well hydrated especially on hot/humid days.  I&#039;ve seen summer walkers get overheated in the past.</description>

		<description>I always check my pulse for 10 mins and multiply by 6 to get heart rate. I got Omron&#039;s fat measure kit. It is easy to use. Maybe, I should read more about Pedometer.</description>
