It’s obvious that although spinach gives one a lot of good vitamins for strength, it is not the total answer for big arms. Good news! There is an easy way to avoid it. – - – Just make sure that you work on all the arm muscle groups :
1. Biceps
2. Triceps
3. Forearms
4. Brachialis – this is the muscle that twines between the biceps and triceps. Arnold Schwarzenegger swore this was the secret to building big arms.
5. And don’t forget the shoulders – who wants big arms dangling off shrimpy shoulders? Let your back do the work on your deltroid presses.
